Zoom Webinar Information
The Annual Meeting will be presented virtually through Zoom Webinar. Once you have registered, we will send along the Zoom webinar information.

For Zoom webinar, you will need to have access to the internet and a computer to participate. You won't be able to participate by telephone only. To fully participate by computer only, your computer needs to have a microphone and speakers. If your computer does not have a microphone or speakers, you will need to use your telephone to hear the presentation while watching it on your computer.
In order to minimize our expenses, the registration brochure will be emailed to members and others. It will also be posted on the website when ready. We are only mailing to those members who requested mailings.

Silent Auction
In staying with our tradition to raise needed funds, we will continue with conducting a silent auction. Fundraising during our Annual Meeting has been critical for reaching FLC’s annual budgetary goals. We are using an online program named “Better Unite.” This is our chosen platform for mobile bidding so that we can all voluntarily participate and enjoy the similar sort of fund raising entertainment from the comfort of our homes. Bidders will receive real time scoreboard results to track auction items and their bidding results.

To contribute your item to the silent auction, we have an online form linked with the Annual Meeting brochure. Complete and submit this form for your item to be included. Details explaining how to use the online silent auction program will be emailed separately and also available on FLC’s website.

We hope that our members and public guests participate generously to make this year’s silent auction successful. For our members who are not using computers, we hope that you will get together with another family member or FLC member to participate in FLC’s Annual Meeting and silent auction.

Submit Your Silent Auction Item Description
Below are some ideas for your consideration in contributing silent auction items:

  • A stay at your vacation home or property, for now or “The Time After.”  Consider submitting a photo (optional) with
  • your description.
  • Commit to making a post-COVID brunch or dinner for 4 or 6 at your home.
  • Donate your season tickets (sports,
  • symphony, concert series, etc.) for one sports event or performance, online or actual (post-COVID).
  • A learning experience: show someone how you do burn piles, pre-commercial thinning, or another forest management activity.
  •  Donate a gift certificate good for any of the stores you use and love...online or brick-and-mortar.

In short, let's see how much fun we can have, and support Forest Landowners of California, within our current limitations.

By our actions, let's say This Too Shall Pass, and a better future awaits.
We thank you in advance for your continued support.
